2019

After research on biodiversity, food transition, organic farming, and the bioavailability of minerals in plant-based diets. The purpose of Pulsbio's founding was to impact how food is produced and consumed in the future.

2020

Through the support of several Italian educational institutions, Pulsbio is connecting farmers, processors, traders, and supermarkets to establish a short, beneficial organic supply chain with legumes as the primary product.

2021

Pulsbio arrived in Sicily in 2021, and after support from professors, agronomists, and key figures in the island's agriculture sector, the concept of Pulsbio spread rapidly, and the first 300 hectares were sown.

2022

A partnership between Pulsbio and Bella Rosa SRL was concluded on the procurement, handling, processing, distribution, and quality control of gluten-free grains, legumes, seeds, and nuts.

With modern equipment, the Bella Rosa plant is fully operational and capable of cleaning up to 60 metric tons per day.
