Our organic flours range
Pulsbio supplies organic flours milled from pulses, grains and pseudo-cereals, including chickpea, lentil, pea, bean, fava bean, buckwheat, quinoa, rice, millet and sorghum flour. They are used in bakery, pasta, snacks, batters and plant-based products. Specifications and lab analyses are available per lot.
Many products are also available Demeter or Naturland certified.
